They were legends in their playing days,not many in their time qualified to tie their boots in their playing days. But they have began their managerial careers from humble environments.

Name: Xabi Alonso

Country: Spain 🇪🇸

Club: Real Sociedad B

The Spanish Midfielder is known as one of the most technically gifted Midfielders in his days, having played for Liverpool,Real Madrid and Bayern Munich under some of the best managers in the history of the game like Pep Guardiola and Carlo Ancelotti. He  actually had a coaching masters under the Italian tactician.
He kick started his coaching career at his boyhood club Real Sociedad where he manages the B team in the third division where they sit third in the log with a game in hand.

If he leads them to promotion, then he will be on his way to the first team or any other team that maybe monitoring his situation.

Name: Xavi Hernández

Country: Spain 🇪🇸

Club: Al Sadd

The Barcelona legend and world cup winner was pivotal in the mesmerizing form of the Catalans in mid 2000s. His impeccable and sublime skills stood him apart as a player in his days. 
He retired in All Saad Qatar, got his coaching qualifications their and was handed the first team Coach position. He won three domestic competitions and Al Sadd is top of the log this season.

After he rejected a chance to take over at Barcelona, it was handed over to Ronald Koeman. But with how well he is doing down there, it won't be long and big clubs come calling again.

Club: Anderlecht

After retiring from Manchester City in 2019, the Belgium defender went back to his boyhood club Anderlecht to become a player/manager.
The results were not so interesting, so he withdrew from coaching to focus on playing and this season he retired from playing proper to focus on coaching and the team has lost only once. It's a matter of time before he bounces back to the top of European football.

Club: Derby County

The Manchester United Captain was recently made an interim coach of the Rams after head coach Philip Cocu was relieved of his duties following a disastrous run of games this season.

If the England legend impresses the bosses at Derby, he might kick start his journey from their.

Name: Ruud Van Nistelrooy

Country: Holland🇳🇱

Club: PSV Eindhoven

After retiring at Malaga, the Dutch goal poacher joined PSV Eindhoven for his coaching qualifications, helping the strikers in the under-17s, under-19s and reserve team.

In 2014, Van Nistelrooy was then appointed as Holland's assistant coach for the 2014 World Cup alongside Guus Hiddink. After two years in the role, Van Nistelrooy left during Danny Blind's spell in charge of the national team, but was reappointed by Ronald Koeman last year. 

Having also being made the under 19 coach of PSV after Van Bommel was relieved of his duties, it is very obvious that if any chance comes around, he will be thrown into the ring as PSV's senor team Coach.

Name: Robin Van Perse

Country: Holland🇳🇱

Club: Feyenoord

The flying Dutchman was a prolific striker in his playing days. Having only retired last season, he was recruited to serve as Dick Advocaats assistant. His major role being to help train the strikers in perfecting finishes. 

He stands a chance to burst back into global reconning as a great manager even from a humble beginning.
