Players cannot stop breaking covid-19 guidelines

Image
Troy Deeney has insisted that footballers cannot never stop breaking the covid-19 guild lines because it's in their nature to hug each other when they score goals to celebrate it. He went further to advise Boris Johnson to shut football down. The premier league has recorded over 40 covid-19 cases, a record number since the restart of the league. The Professional football association has asked players not to hug or hold hands as a form of celebration as a means of curtailing the virus but the Watford captain believes that it's near impossible to implement that since it's been a way of life for players. He suggested that authorities ban football from January to June or July like was done previously, otherwise people will continue to forget the rules and hug and celebrate. Football is one of the elite sports that were allowed to continue during the covid-19 national lockdown in the United Kingdom.

Who Falls In Wembley?

Image
A competition that started with over 736 teams has finally shrinked to only two privileged teams that will now battle it out on the first of August in a winner takes it all encounter at the iconic Wembley Stadium. The FA Cup is so special because of the many surprises it has pulled over the years, popping out less fancied teams that go all the way to lift the trophy. But from 1997 to 2018, they have amassed over eight trophies, four of them coming from 2006 to 2018 A period recognized as a transition era for the Blues.  This placed them on the pedestal of the elites in a competition in which they have been so good over the years. A Titanic Battle Awaits

Image
Chl vrs Man U Over the years, Manchester United and Chelsea Football Club have given us some exciting moments in Wembley. The rivalry between the two clubs from the days of Sir Alex Ferguson and Jose Mourinho has remained one of the most interesting rivalries in club football. So, Sunday hopefully will not fall s hort of expectations. Looking at the history of the two clubs in the FA Cup against each other, it could be said that history is on the side of the London Club. Chelsea has won four of their last five FA Cup ties against Manchester United, losing the most recent encounter last season.  If we are to go with that,it can be said that history favours the Blues. But aside history, there are lots of other things that must be put into consideration in predicting which of the power houses of English football comes out tops. Manchester United has been in a resurgence this season following the arrivals of Bruno Fernandez and Odion Ighalo. The two arrivals revived the disorganized Man...
