How Arsenal smashed many records at Old Trafford

The much anticipated match between Manchester United has come and gone but it left some bruises on the Manchester side of red.

Since 2006, Arsenal have not won at Old Trafford and since the start of the Premier League, Arsenal has never scored a penalty at Old Trafford but all these records came crashing on Sunday when Pierre Emerick Aubameyang who has been on a goal drought broke the highest goalless run of his career since 2014 with a record shattering penalty, sending De Gea the wrong way to smash home the only goal of the match.

It was Paul Pogba's third time of causing a penalty and the fifth penalty Manchester United have conceded a penalty in seven home league games.
This is their worst start to a home league campaign since 1972-73, when they finished 18th, the following year, they went down. That won't happen, obviously, but there will also come a time when there is just too much thicket to cut through, separating them from the top four places. Again, not there yet. But were in November now, and the contenders are beginning to make their intentions known.
It was this same Manchester United team that destroyed RB Leipzig a few days ago. What then happened against Arsenal, no one but the team and the coach can explain. This led to Roy Keane expressing fears that this crop of players would lead to the sack of Ole Gunner Solskjaer.
Arsenal goes close to the top of the table while Manchester United remains behind at 15th.
