Liverpool moves out of Melwood

Liverpool football club will be moving away from Melwood training ground to new £50million Kirkby training ground which was delayed by the coronavirus pandemic.
The ultra modern training ground contains two gyms, a pool and three pitches. It is a state of the art facility.

The club sold the Melwood training ground for £10million but not without an agreement that guarantees that they will stay in the facility throughout 2020/2021 in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
The coach Jürgen Klopp sanctioned the move after feeling constrained by the lack of space in the Melwood facility since 2017.

Melwood have housed Lover for the past 60 years but will be converted to houses once they move out.
