Five Chelsea outcasts that may leave this season.
Chelsea spent over £220million in transfers this transfer window, strengthening all the leaking departments and adding even to places that are okay.
This present situation has led to some players going down the pecking order at the bridge.
Take a look at them.
1. Marcos Alonso
The Spaniard has contributed immensely to the solidity of Chelsea's left back which led to some league success especially during the time of Antonio Conte.
As it stands now, he has gone down the pecking order following the arrival of the £50million Ben Chilwell who equally plays in that position.
Inter Milan has been keen on bringing him to Italy but it looks like he intends to fight for his place at Stamford Bridge.
2. Callum Hudson-Odoi
The young wide man who has struggled to pin down a place in Chelsea's starting line up has been reasonably impressive in majority of the matches he has played especially under Frank Lampard, but the number of players that has been recruited in that position he plays means he could be surplus to requirement and Lampard's latest advice that he should work harder in training could mean that he is not seen as up to the level needed by the Coach and that could mean exit.
Mason Mount being preferred in that position when Hakim Ziyech and Christian Pulisic are all out injured means that he would have to leave or warm the bench this season.
3. Tiemoue Bakayoko
He has not really lived up to the expections that surrounded his arrival.
He last played for Chelsea in 2017/2018 season before going on loan to AC Milan after which he moved to Monaco.
Now he is been targeted by PSG and AC milan, but Chelsea is requesting £32million.
4. Ruben Loftus-Cheek
The English man has not actually lived up to his potential since joining the senior team.
His recent unimpressive performance in the match against Brighton has helped in leading him closer to the exit door, with Aston Villa interested in his services.
5. Antonio Rudiger
He has not had a glittering time in the blue side of London.
He was excluded from the last two Chelsea outings this season and was an unused substitute in the match against Brighton.
The German has equally gone down to number five in the pecking order in his position behind Kurt Zouma, Andreas Christensen, Fikayo Tomori and Thiago Silva.
He looks set to be rescued by Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain and his former club As Roma.
